The hotel has a wonderful quirky design and offers great value. The rooms have windows in the backyard, and there are chairs in front of the helpdesk, which is a nice touch. The service provided is top-notch with the best customer service enjoyed, but there was an incident where the staff closed the phone when asked questions and canceled a reservation without trying to help. The location is superb, right in the center of Tel Aviv within walking distance of most attractions and close to all the nightlife. The dining experience is served in the coffee house and is a good value. The facilities are well-maintained with attentive staff members available for assistance.
